Ali Moloo
Executive Chairman
Ali co-founded and launched myDigitalOffice in 2015 to provide customers with centralized, digital access to all of their hotel’s most critical documents and cross-functional performance metrics. After the acquisition of MDO by Cove Hill Partners in 2022, Ali continued to shape further acquisitions and the unification of several best-in-class solutions that became the Otelier platform. Prior to myDigitalOffice, Ali was CEO of one of the fastest-growing office product companies in Canada. In college, Ali helped launch a property management company, Highpoint Management, which grew its asset base to $40 million. Ali was named by Phocuswright among the Best and Brightest Travel Leaders Under 35, Class of 2019, and a Hotel Business Lodging Luminary in 2022. Outside of work, Ali likes to mentor aspiring entrepreneurs under the EO Accelerator program.
Shams Chauthani
CTO
Shams comes to Otelier with over two decades of experience in spearheading engineering teams and scaling product development in B2B SaaS organizations. As CTO, he oversees the company's strategic technical direction, ensuring MDO's platform continues to bring innovative solutions in the hospitality space.

As Chief Product Officer, Niki oversees the overall strategy, development, and success of Otelier’s product suite, focused on ensuring the product aligns with the company's goals and meets customer needs.
Rob Lawrence
Chief Executive Officer
Rob has a proven track record of unlocking value in companies at varying stages along the maturity curve. His unique strengths include developing and executing differentiated business strategies; creating high-performing, customer-centric winning cultures; and developing extraordinary teams. Prior to joining Otelier, Rob was COO at Formstack, responsible for leading and driving the company's go-to-market strategy and customer journey, including sales, marketing, customer success, professional services, and customer support. Before that, he served as SVP of Corporate Development & Strategy at LogMeIn (now GoTo), and VP of Strategy and Corporate Development at Skillsoft, Inc. Rob sits on multiple non-profit boards, where he is a champion of education reform. Outside of work and volunteering, Rob can be found standing on a soccer sideline, on a mountain, a beach, or in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes. He is a graduate of Middlebury College and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Jason White
Chief Revenue Officer
Jason has more than two decades experience in scaling SaaS businesses across various verticals. Most recently, he doubled ARR at Vyopta within 18 months by driving go-to-market activities and growing new and expanding business, contributing to a successful exit with HP. Before that, he spent 19 years with Planview, leading a sales strategy that contributed to exponential growth and participating in several mergers before acquisitions by Insight Venture Partners and later Thoma Bravo. At Otelier, Jason is committed to exceeding company growth expectations by closely collaborating across teams, ensuring a customer-centered approach to product innovation, and maximizing enterprise value through renewals and expansion. A graduate of the University of Texas, Jason lives near Austin with his wife and two kids, and is an avid fan of all UT sports.
